Hello everyone! This is Lucky Cat, the solo developer behind The Silent Kingdom.

Since the launch of Early Access / Chapter 1 on Steam, I've been working on the next part non stop. I've worked on the script (99 pages written so far, though I'm still not halfway), and also on some mapping and programming of the first scenes.

As you might know, my plan is to work on the Lectica and Somnia arcs together, so that I can finally launch the whole game out of Early Access and on other platforms as well.

One of the features the final game will most likely have is...Japanese voice acting!! I've found the means and got a bit of funding for it, so it's 99% certain that it'll happen! You can't imagine how excited I am; this is a huge dream for me. With the current funding, however, I'll only be able to add voices to some scenes. I'll also be limited in what seiyuu I can choose. Let's see if I can raise more funding when the time comes, though that will depend on Early Access sales.

Anyway, first things first: the voice work won't start until the whole script is made and properly translated. For now, I'll keep working on the script, mapping, and programming.
